Hi, I’m Matt—one half of the husband-and-wife team behind My AC Guy. After more than 20 years in the HVAC industry, Whitney and I made the leap to build something of our own. About six years ago, she joined me full-time, and it’s been one of the best decisions we’ve ever made. Her knack for service and organization perfectly complements my hands-on experience.

We both worked for companies that eventually sold to large corporations, and we watched the values shift overnight. Customer care took a back seat, and the personal connection disappeared. That never sat right with us.

So, we took a different path. We stepped away from corporate and built a business rooted in honesty, quality, and relationships. At My AC Guy, we treat every home like it’s our own. You’re not just a number—you’re part of our community, and we take that seriously.
